The Church Cares is a peer helping ministry offering listening, prayer and support in a church community.  If your church is ready to design a Cares ministry, we are here to help.

Online help

7 cups app connects Carers and Sharers in a worldwide online community.  You can find training materials, and people who are looking for a neighbor who can help them, or share your own needs and receive help here.  Peer listening in 7 cups is free.

Care Prayer Share course

Our free 6-session course can be offered to your congregation to introduce them to caring for their neighbors, whether in the church or your community.

Through a grant from the National Christian Foundation, Charis Institute, Regent University, and 7 Cups of Tea, The Church Cares has been launched. 

 

The goal is to empower churches to train members with gifts in caring for others to address their communities' emotional, relational, and behavioral distress issues.
